Hello! I’m Amanda and I’m a wife to an amazing husband and a mother to one very energetic 5-year-old.

As I approached 40 I began to feel less and less like myself. I was exhausted all the time, irritable, and gaining weight no matter what I did. I was constantly getting sick, my hair was thinning, and could not focus for the life of me. I felt like my body was betraying me and the joy had been sucked out of me. After going to the doctor with all the usually tests coming back normal, I decided to look deeper into perimenopause and what I could do naturally to feel better.

This is about my journey to regaining my health while embracing the aging process. Learning about what my body truly needs for lifelong wellness, that goes beyond a quick fix.
